豆花，可是老四川的最爱，而要在北京吃上纯正的豆花却不那么容易，听说太阳宫美食村里有个小平豆花庄还不错。一吃之下，感觉的确不错。那雪白的、晶莹的、或甜或咸的豆花，含在口中柔柔的、滑滑的，纯美的滋味久久挥之不去。而店中其它的川菜，也做得十分地道。




The rather strange English name of this Sichuan restaurant probably derives from the fact that they serve duck and their own dark beer(brewed on the premises).Their Sichuanese food is actually very good,while their duck is intended only for the laxy travelers staying at the Kempinski across the street.They serve several varieties of freshly brewed beers,plus all of the classic Sichuan dishes at reasonable prices.
